As Solvera Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret A. Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company“), we hereby inform you that we process the personal data of our users in the capacity of data controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”) and other relevant legislation.
Purpose and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed in the relevant fields on our website and will be automatically sent to our e-mail account when you click on the submit button. It will be processed within the legal reason “c) Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract” specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK.
Your personal data to be processed; identity information such as name, surname, etc., which is necessary and mandatory for the user to be registered in the system; address, e-mail address, etc. contact information; credit card, bank, etc. financial information required for payment.
Method of Collecting Personal Data
In order to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (b) of this text, your personal data is obtained by you personally (using the system, transmitting personal data through the system, registering to the system) verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on the legal reasons set out in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK.
To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred
Your personal data will be transferred for the following purposes without seeking your explicit consent in accordance with Article 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK:
It will be shared with relevant public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Your Rights under Article 11 of the LPPD
As a personal data owner, we inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

Request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether your personal data is used in accordance with the purpose of processing,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
To request notification of the correction, deletion and destruction made in accordance with the relevant legislation to third parties with whom your personal data is shared,
To object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems,
In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, to demand the compensation of the damage.
In accordance with Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller by filling in all the information specified in the Data Subject Application Form,
